In reply to Shivani Pareek. I may be mistaken, but I suspect that CS3700 is essentially identical to CS3600 in terms of hardware specifications. If you search online, there are plenty of information on the CS3600 (just search "CS3600 specification" and you'll see a few PDFs). But I have yet to find the actual specifications for the CS3700 from a respectable source. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

In reply to Rita. Hi Rita. Are you planning to do ceramic restoratives in house? If you are, then CEREC Omnicam is a good choice. If not, then I would probably recommend 3Shape Trios 3 if it's still able to send to Invisalign in your country. It's overall a slightly better scanner, and your wallet will thank you.

Hi Hsuan, thanks so much for the great review.
I am wanting an IOS thatnis efficient in scanning for crown and bridge work, ortho scan to Invisalign. As a new practice not a huge budget. What are your thoughts on the Omnicam with the updated computer and 5.0 software to start?

If you’re on a budget, get the Trios 4. If budget is no concern, Primescan.
Note that neither can send directly to invisalign, if that’s important to you.

Trios 4 vs Cerec Primescan in 2021.. Which one more suitable for dental practice in which need is to do accurate scanning without milling facility.
